Due to recent events and changes at Oak Creek, the following will be put in place moving forward:
The front gates will be locked when the track is not open.
There will no longer be "after practice" on race nights.
The gates will be open no later than a 1/2 hour before business hours. (ie registration opens at 6pm, gates open at 5:30pm) Of course they could open earlier, but don't count on it.
The gates to the track will close 1/2 hour after races/practice ends. This means, when the event is over, please pack up your things and leave in a timely manner. If you need/want to pow wow, please plan to take it to another location.
We hate to have to put these guidelines in place, however, we would like to be able to secure the place that you all call home and still get home in a timely manner to get ready for our next day.
