Tiny Tires, Big Thrills: Strider Racing at Oak Creek BMX
Strider Racing at Oak Creek BMX is the perfect introduction to BMX racing for our youngest riders. As a sanctioned USA BMX track , Oak Creek offers a safe, welcoming environment for children ages 2–5 to experience the excitement of BMX using balance bikes—no pedals and no training wheels required. Strider racing is all about fun, confidence, and fundamentals , helping kids burn energy and have fun while feeling like real racers from day one. How Strider Racing Works at Oak


Weekly Events
🏁 Wednesdays – Midweek Racing Wednesday nights are packed with action and family fun. Sign-Ups & Practice: 6:00–7:00 PM Pedal Bike Racing: Begins immediately after sign-ups close and striders have practiced and raced. Striders (balance bikes): Practice and race before the pedal bike racing begins—the perfect spotlight for the youngest riders to shine. Racing fee is $14 for pedal bikes, and $7 for Striders All riders on the track must be registered, even if just for practice.


Pump Lap Challenge Was a Blast!
Our Pump Lap Challenge on August 1 brought a little something different to Saturday night racing—and it was a huge success! With no pedaling allowed, riders had to rely entirely on pumping, momentum, bike control, and finding the fastest lines around the track. It made for some exciting racing, plenty of cheering, and a whole lot of fun for riders and spectators alike. Starting the second half of the year strong with a new ROTM. Introducing 14 year old Victor Kess! Victor has been racing for about 5 years, he is expert and races on his RIFT for Robby’s 21 productions elite/national team.
