Beginner BMX Racing League at Oak Creek
The Beginner BMX Racing League at Oak Creek BMX is the perfect way for brand-new riders to try BMX track riding and racing in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment. During 5 Sessions of instruction, riders learn how the sport works while riding only with other beginners, building confidence, skills, and friendships along the way. The 6th session is a real BMX race with the other League riders.
It is a program sanctioned by USA BMX, created specifically to introduce new riders to the sport. It’s open to new pedal-bike riders ages 4 and up — and yes, parents are welcome to participate too.
BMX is a sport for all ages, where riders race within their age and skill level.
BMX racing is an individual sport — which means everyone rides, every time, no matter their experience level. That’s one of the biggest reasons new families love BMX. As we like to say:
Nobody rides the bench in BMX racing.

Free Open House:
Saturday, March 7th | 1 - 3:00 PM *Open House is a free opportunity to for all New-to-BMX pedal riders to try it out guided by our coaches and volunteers, alongside other beginner riders. Riders already planning to register for League are not required to attend Open House, however, more track time is awesome! League information will be discussed at our Open House, and sign ups for League will be available there too!

What's Included in Beginner League:
✔️ A full one-year USA BMX membership to continue racing beyond the league. This is an $80 Value and is required to ride or race any USABMX sanctioned track.
✔️ 5 Sessions of Instruction and a 6th session of beginner-only racing.
✔️ A league jersey and number plate
✔️ Access to loaner bikes and helmets (limited quantity available)
✔️ An end-of-league award
