Donate for a Brand New Gate: Oak Creek BMX’s Silent Auction Fundraiser
Help us get one step closer to a new gate at Oak Creek BMX! Our upcoming online silent auction is one of our fundraisers supporting the new gate, and we’d love your help making it a success. Whether you donate an item, put together a gift basket, or join the bidding, your support will help move this project forward for our riders and BMX community. Read on for donation details, drop-off dates, and pickup information.
Donation Details: If possible, please email alowry@oakcreekbmx.org with photos of item/s and / or completed basket, along with a list of the item/s and an estimated total value of the basket or donation.
Basket Drop-Off: Completed baskets may be dropped off at the registration trailer on October 28th & 29th
November 4th & 5th
*please note - Oak Creek BMX will be closed on Saturday, October 31.
Basket Deadline: November 5th, 2026. Please bring your basket to the track by this date.
Online Silent Auction: November 6th –13th, 2026.
Winner Pickup: Winning bidders can collect their items on November 14 at our Friendsgiving event.
Unable to Attend? Winners who cannot attend Friendsgiving will need to make alternate pickup arrangements.
