Ready to hit the track but want to improve skills? Drop in at one of our Saturday Beginner Clinics with Coach Rick Lowry and gain skills and confidence! With 38 years of BMX racing experience, Rick is the ultimate mentor for new riders. His passion for the sport, deep well of knowledge, and fun, approachable coaching style have helped shape the success of many top riders from novice to expert.

Rick began racing at just 13 years old, went on to compete as a Vet Pro for 4 years, and has been a certified USA BMX coach for over 8 years. A 12-time State Champion and currently ranked NAG 7, Rick brings elite-level experience to every session. But perhaps his most meaningful accomplishment is the impact he’s had on the next generation—teaching countless new riders the foundational skills they need to succeed and thrive in the sport.

This is a drop-in clinic — no sign-up required! Just show up ready to ride on Saturdays during the clinic. The cost is just $15 cash per session. Whether you're learning how to navigate your first gate or getting more confident on the track, this clinic is the ultimate starting line.
