Gate Access & Hours

For this event, we will only be ENTERING THROUGH the front gate on RIVERSIDE AVE.

Front Gate Hours:

Friday: Opens at 5:00 PM

Saturday: Opens at 8:00 AM
-
Sunday: 7:00 AM until the conclusion of the event

Parking & Set-Up

The front lot will be used for parking.
-
No canopies will be set up on the front lot.

Additional parking will be available past the campers
-
ALL ENTRY IS FROM RIVERSIDE
-
Locations for porta potties and accessible (handicapped) parking will be clearly marked

GENERAL INFO

Camping spots will be available for purchase on Tuesday August 4th @ 5pm and are $50.
-
Camping spots are for the nights of Friday 8/21 and Saturday 8/22, and the day of Sunday 8/23 until racing is finished.
-
This is dry camping (no hookups).
-
Campers can begin entry on 8/21 at 5 PM
-
Camping entry is from RIVERSIDE AVE.
-
Campers will be parked in order of arrival and by size. If you want to camp with friends, make sure you all arrive at the same time. No space saving.
-
Only 1 vehicle is allowed per camping spot. Pass will be given upon check-in.
-
Please stay within your marked-off camping space and keep fire lanes cleared.
-
Please note: Oak Creek is located near residential areas. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-
All generators must be turned off by 10:00 PM each night. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our curfew and our neighbors.

Canopy reservations will go live on Monday, 8/10 @ 5PM on our facebook page.

Canopies are $40 per 10x10 ➡️Max 4 Spots
-
Canopy reservations will be assigned locations based on the size requested.
-
All canopies may be set up after 5 PM on Friday 8/21.
-
Check in at the camper next to the registration office upon arrival for your canopy assignment.
-
When using the FCFS (First Come, First Served) area, please be mindful of the space you take and make sure there are walkways so that people do not have to walk through your space to exit theirs.
-
All canopies in areas that are not approved will be removed.
